Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own ServiceNow architecture for ITSM capabilities, including data model, workflow design, and configuration standards.
• Design and review integration patterns between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, and event flows).
• Establish governance for releases, performance, security, and operational controls across ServiceNow instances.
• Lead solution design for service operations using ITOM-aligned capabilities and operational visibility requirements.
• Define GenAI enablement approach for service workflows, including use-case scoping, guardrails, and adoption planning.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise service management
• ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience (ITSM-focused)
• ServiceNow configuration and workflow design with strong understanding of platform capabilities
• Scalability, performance, and reliability considerations for enterprise ServiceNow deployments
• Integration and testing approach for ServiceNow solutions (APIs, data flows, and release readiness)

Good to Have:

• ITSM (IT service management) solution experience
• Gen AI enablement experience in service workflows
• ITOM (IT operations management) exposure for operational visibility and service operations
