Description

Lead solution architecture and design for ServiceNow ITSM, governing platform standards, integration patterns, and CMDB governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Define CMDB architecture and governance, driving data quality and Service Mapping implementations aligned to CSDM.
• Design integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST APIs and SOAP web services.
• Establish platform governance through development standards, code reviews, and release management strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Proven track record of multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in ITSM process architecture and governance.
• Strong background in integration architecture using REST APIs and SOAP web services.
• Experience with CMDB lifecycle management and Discovery/Service Mapping design.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and performant enterprise-grade ServiceNow platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CTA, ITSM Implementation Specialist, CAD).
• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and ITAM modules.
