Description

You will serve as the technical authority defining ServiceNow architecture, design, and governance for the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform strategy, roadmap, and governance policies.
• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership in solution design workshops and architecture reviews.
• Mentor developers and administrators on technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in ServiceNow architecture, development, and implementation.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least two other modules (ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and the ServiceNow data model.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery.
• Bachelor's degree.
