Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, ITOM, and Service Catalog.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Develop and automate workflows using Flow Designer.
• Mentor teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solution delivery.
• Assess and improve ServiceNow platform performance and functionality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• 5+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and platform scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed environment.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications.
• Agile methodology exposure.
• Experience with cloud-based service management.
