Description

Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, translating business and technical requirements into secure, high-performance systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions across modules like GRC, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, or ITBM.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions and solution reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation expertise.
• Proven experience in at least one or more ServiceNow modules: GRC, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, or ITBM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations such as REST and SOAP.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security, and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience in customization, configuration, integration, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
