Description

Lead the design, build, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CMDB, ITSM modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
• Configure and customize software through screen tailoring, workflow administration, and custom scripting.
• Analyze business requirements to recommend solutions focused on usability, performance, and standardization.
• Build and maintain visualizations and dashboards for BI reporting requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools including AIOps, APM, ESM, and Cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM platform design and implementation.
• Expertise in configuring CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.
• Experience with ITAM end-to-end asset lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, Shell, or Python.
• Technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with Remedy, Cherwell, Jira, or SummitAI.
• Strong background in ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Experience in Business and System/Process Automation (Orchestration).
