Define ServiceNow architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance standards for enterprise platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain ServiceNow architecture strategy and implementation roadmaps.
• Govern platform design standards, reviewing and approving technical solutions for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for delivery teams and resolve complex integration challenges.
• Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads on best practices and platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of ServiceNow experience with deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and Security Operations.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and complex system integration.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
