Description

You will maintain ServiceNow platform stability and manage vendor interactions for application compatibility.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform stability and performance across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Engage with ServiceNow vendors regarding new application compatibility and data model alignment.
• Implement and manage encryption standards within the ServiceNow environment.
• Lead technical architecture decisions for platform extensions and integrations.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) certification is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling and security/encryption.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and technical communications.
• Experience with platform stability monitoring and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation certification in multiple modules.
