Description

You will design, deploy, and manage ServiceNow application development and end-to-end platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that maximize out-of-the-box features.
• Lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP.
• Configure and design Virtual Agent conversations using ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to implementation and development teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting and integrations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and design.
• Proficiency in designing Virtual Agent conversations and integrating them with ServiceNow modules.
• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and conversational flows.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow NLU and Microsoft LUIS based dynamic language translation.
• Proven ability to manage integrations via APIs, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience migrating Connect Chat to AWA.
• Bachelor's degree.
