Description

You will own the enterprise ServiceNow architecture and long-term roadmap.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions for ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB, and CSDM.
• Establish platform governance, architectural standards, and best practices.
• Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, SSO, LDAP, and OAuth.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring code quality and release management.
• Drive CMDB health, data quality, governance, and platform optimization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with deep ServiceNow architecture expertise.
• Proven track record designing large-scale, enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Expertise in platform governance, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, MID Server, SSO, and LDAP.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM / ITOM).
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
