Description

You will design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, and HRSD.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions and define the architectural vision.
• Architect integrations with third-party systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Oversee customization and configuration to ensure scalability and adherence to best practices.
• Establish governance processes for environment integrity, security, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• In-depth knowledge of the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules.
• Strong practical understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience with agile methodologies and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
