Description

You will architect and deliver scalable ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps. You define CMDB strategies, service modeling, and dependency mapping to ensure data accuracy and effective impact analysis. You design solutions that enable proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and operational intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of core ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and AIOps.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Configure MID Servers, scripting, and integration patterns to support real-time data ingestion and event correlation.
• Enable real-time infrastructure visibility through custom dashboards, health indicators, and KPIs.
• Establish CMDB governance, data quality standards, and reconciliation rules to maintain trusted configuration data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with 4+ years focused on ServiceNow ITOM architecture and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, AIOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow integration patterns.
• MID Server configuration and administration experience.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, GCP, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM certification.
• Ability to mentor developers on ITOM architecture and modeling best practices.
