Description

Lead full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules. Manage the IT Asset Repository to ensure data accuracy through periodic validation and discrepancy investigation. Execute entitlement processes, including license assignment, compliance report reconciliation, and non-compliance resolution. Drive software lifecycle tasks such as harvesting unused licenses, coordinating disposal, and assessing the impact of major changes on assets. Maintain software models, standard catalogs, and catalog entries while performing three-way matches for POs, releases, and invoices. Collaborate with the Platform Team to troubleshoot software discovery issues and validate discovery data.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAM Pro.
• Proficiency with Flexera Data Platform.
• Strong understanding of software licenses and product use rights.
• Experience managing IT Asset Repositories and software inventory processes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and Catalog management.
• Ability to perform license compliance reporting and software harvesting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ArtPro.
