Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM and ITOM modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, SLA, Change, CMDB, and Asset management.
• Develop custom modules and applications using Glide, Jelly, and JavaScript.
• Perform platform installations, configurations, and version upgrades.
• Execute root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to assess release impacts and manage project implementation schedules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, HTML, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience with Web Services, SOAP, and API integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, and gauges.
• Strong knowledge of event correlation and troubleshooting.
• ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
• ServiceNow Administration certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Service Mapping.
