Description

You will design and lead ServiceNow implementations to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing services and design ServiceNow implementations with recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement IT and banking-related process workflows, procedures, and technical standards.
• Architect ServiceNow security structures using entitlements and roles.
• Develop ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low-code solutions in partnership with product teams.
• Oversee ServiceNow platform engineering on cloud using ITSM modules and regulatory disciplines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience designing security architecture with roles and entitlements.
• Proven ability to design technical standards and ensure enterprise compliance.
• Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certification.
• ITSM and EA certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
