Description

Lead the greenfield implementation and migration of ServiceNow FSM and CSM modules, ensuring platform governance and data integrity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the implementation of ServiceNow FSM and CSM modules.
• Manage legacy ServiceNow migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Design and implement integrations using IntegrationHub with Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle systems.
• Enforce platform governance, development standards, and documentation practices.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and junior architects through design and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect specializing in CSM and FSM.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, scripting, and data models.
• Proven experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
• Experience managing migrations from legacy ServiceNow instances to modern designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.
