Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow Discovery and SACM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Discovery and SACM solutions within ServiceNow.
• Provide technical recommendations and solution architecture for SACM/Discovery requirements.
• Drive adoption and implementation of Cloud Discovery across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ensure alignment with CSDM and CMDB best practices.
• Define and enforce governance around Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle and data integrity.

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, including Cloud Discovery.
• Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and SACM principles.
• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable Discovery architectures.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
