Description

Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, SPM, SAM, and APM/EA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules (CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA) with a focus on scalability.
• Customize platform capabilities using JavaScript, REST APIs, and SOAP to meet business requirements.
• Manage integrations with external systems such as SAP Ariba, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, data certification, and CSDM enforcement.
• Mentor junior developers, create technical documentation, and support release validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and SOAP.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and SPM modules.
• Experience designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Knowledge of CSDM standards and configuration management best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Orchestration and automation capabilities.
