Description

Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow platforms integrating with AWS Cloud.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript.
• Define enterprise architecture standards for ServiceNow deployments.
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure platform scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ITSM and ITOM processes with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Hands-on experience with HRSD implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong background in system integrations and APIs.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services and integrations.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CIS or CSA).
• Experience with complex multi-tenant environments.
