Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules to meet complex business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliant processes, performing root cause analysis to eliminate technical issues.
• Develop custom modules, applications, and complex workflows including custom workflow activities.
• Manage platform security, upgrades, operations, and API integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to assess release impacts and manage project schedules.
• Prepare user stories, estimate development efforts, and mentor team members on technical skills.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation across multiple modules.
• Mandatory certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS - IT Service Management.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, Jelly Scripting, HTML, XML, AJAX, JSON, and CSS.
• Experience with SOAP, Web Services, and email integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, inbound actions, reports, and gauges.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting for event correlation and version upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, and service mapping.
• Technical expertise in ITOM, SIR, and VR.
