Responsibilities

• Design and oversee complex ServiceNow architectures tailored for insurance CSM workflows.
• Drive technical direction for large-scale enterprise service management projects.
• Ensure architectural alignment with industry-specific insurance requirements.
• Define technical standards and governance for implementation teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Deep expertise as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Extensive experience working with Insurance Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise service management principles.
