Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on platform configuration and custom functionality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize functionality using native ServiceNow capabilities.
• Apply deep knowledge of ITSM processes to drive platform configuration.
• Configure and extend additional modules such as ITOM, ITAM, or CSM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expertise in ITSM module implementation and configuration.
• Strong development skills within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with at least one additional module: ITOM, ITAM, or CSM.
• Active ServiceNow certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
