Description

You will own the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business goals.
• Lead the design of scalable solutions covering performance, security, and integration needs.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules adhering to coding standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or advanced degree plus experience.
• Proven 2 years as a ServiceNow Platform Architect focused on design and implementation.
• Strong command of ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Integration.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations including customization and development.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
• Experience in security, compliance, and business process alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules beyond core ITSM.
• Background in enterprise-wide platform governance.
