Description

You will provide technical and architectural leadership for ServiceNow applications, owning the design and implementation of platform customizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow customizations, including core setup, workflow administration, reporting, and third-party integrations.
• Develop advanced customizations using Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and custom tables.
• Lead technical design sessions to create class models, sequence diagrams, and component models while ensuring architecture standards.
• Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams for platform changes.
• Define technical evaluation criteria for product selection and determine approaches to ensure coherent systems design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical architecture and ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and application design.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Widget development.
• Proven ability to configure and manage Service Catalog.
• Experience with workflow design, configuration, and data loads.
• Ability to perform platform upgrades and complex data imports.
