· Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Architect who will assist the team and client in planning, platform technical advisory and guidance.
· Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments · Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation · Provide ServiceNow Platform and product technical subject matter expert (SME) assistance.
· Leads upgrade planning and execution
· Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
· Provides configuration assistance to developers · Collect product and service requirements from business stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with enterprise needs.
· Design and communicate Technical Architecture Blueprint based on capability and technical requirements to align to business outcomes.
· Agree and confirm with Client the technical design and integration requirements for the required integration of system interfaces.
· Manage system documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
· Contribute in creating design documents and runbooks as needed.
· Articulate the functional and technical requirements into a high-level design document which can be used by developers to perform Implementation.
· Participate in client meetings and act as a mediator between the client and delivery team on technical aspects.
· Post Year 1, as the platform and processes stabilize, the functional responsibilities currently performed by the BA will transition to the Senior Developer and Support Lead, with continued collaboration with K&E Product Owners for prioritization and backlog management
