Description

Lead architecture strategy and governance for global ServiceNow implementations. You will define standards, guide technical teams, and solve complex cross-functional technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards.
• Lead teams of architects, technology owners, and subject matter experts.
• Apply application design patterns and architecture governance concepts to complex environments.
• Collaborate with business and IT cross-functional teams to solve technical problems.
• Manage technical change through proven change management practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive ServiceNow expertise including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, and App Engine.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Azure, or Microsoft M365.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working in a global capacity.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Technical or Master Architect certification.
• TOGAF certification.
• Experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and background at a large professional services organization.
