Description

You will lead the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform with a specific focus on Integration Repository Engine (IRE) and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions targeting IRE and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive CMDB strategy to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize IRE processes for efficient identification and reconciliation of Configuration Items (CIs).
• Lead the implementation of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and its integration with Discovery and CMDB.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow IRE, CMDB, and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Proven experience designing and implementing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
