Description

You will design and lead the evolution of ServiceNow application architecture to meet stakeholder expectations and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow application architecture and target state designs that address the Statement of Architecture Work.
• Maintain reference architecture, architecture building blocks, standards, and guidelines to ensure security and industry compliance.
• Identify capability improvements and implement strategic roadmaps to address them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to participate in prioritization initiatives.
• Communicate technology target states, roadmaps, and development progress to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically covering ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, and App Engine.
• Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards.
• Experience with one or more platforms: MuleSoft, Azure, or Microsoft M365.
• Proven change management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with business and IT cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF certification or ServiceNow Technical or Master Architect certification.
• Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experience.
• Experience at a large professional services organization.
