Lead architecture strategy and governance for global ServiceNow implementations.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture standards, guidelines, and governance procedures.
• Lead teams of architects, technology owners, and subject matter experts.
• Apply application design patterns to solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Manage technical change through established change management practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional IT experience.
• Extensive ServiceNow expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, and App Engine.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Azure, or Microsoft M365.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a global capacity.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Technical or Master Architect certification.
• TOGAF certification.
• Background in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) at a large professional services organization.
