Description

You will lead the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the Integration Repository Engine (IRE) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions targeting IRE and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain a CMDB strategy to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize IRE processes for efficient identification and reconciliation of Configuration Items (CIs).
• Lead IT Asset Management (ITAM) implementation and its integration with Discovery and CMDB.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow IRE, CMDB, and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Proven experience designing and implementing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
