Description

Lead ServiceNow architecture and implementation for enterprise clients, focusing on FedRAMP compliance and ITSM/ITOM transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including greenfield deployments, replatforming, and instance consolidation.
• Architect solutions for ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and CMDB, ensuring alignment with ITIL V3 standards and customer requirements.
• Define technical strategies for integrations, orchestration, and continuous monitoring, particularly within FedRAMP security frameworks.
• Review development work, enforce coding standards, and create detailed technical estimates for project scope.
• Mentor development teams, guide career growth, and translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Architect or consultant on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and CMDB design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow custom application design, workflow configuration, and UI configuration.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring requirements.
• Proficiency in JavaScript development and integration with third-party tools.
• Experience leading migration, upgrade, and support projects for large-scale customers.
• Certifications required: ServiceNow Systems Administrator, Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HAM/SAM/Discovery), and ITIL V3 Foundation.

Preferred Skills

• Project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex transformation programs.
• Experience merging multiple ServiceNow instances into unified architectures.
