You will lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Drive CMDB programs across various geographies and business units.
- Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
- Architect solutions using Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and service catalogs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and technical priorities.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- 5+ years of experience specifically in CMDB and CSDM.
- Mastery of the CSDM 5.0 framework and platform architecture.
- Deep technical knowledge of IRE, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
Preferred Skills
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, ITSM, Discovery, or IntegrationHub.
