Description

You will lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

  • Drive CMDB programs across various geographies and business units.
  • Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Architect solutions using Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and service catalogs.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and technical priorities.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in CMDB and CSDM.
  • Mastery of the CSDM 5.0 framework and platform architecture.
  • Deep technical knowledge of IRE, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, ITSM, Discovery, or IntegrationHub.
