Description

You will lead the design and engineering of ServiceNow platform solutions to automate ITIL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and configure ServiceNow to automate internal ITIL processes.
• Architect workflows, tables, scripts, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub solutions.
• Manage development teams, customers, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and manage service catalogs, integrations, and S2P & MDM setups in EC Pro.
• Oversee platform implementations spanning ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
• Hands-on experience with ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR, and IM.
• Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Request Management with SLAs, and Configuration Management.
• Expertise in Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware, and discovery technologies.
• Proficiency in database design schemas and data modelling.
• Solid knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with infrastructure operations and migrations.
