Description

You will design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using both low-code tools like Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio, and pro-code approaches with JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD to meet business requirements.
• Develop workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts while managing data access between scoped applications and global database tables.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and MID Server.
• Automate business processes and tasks using Flow Designer and other platform automation capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Experience implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and MID Server.
• Ability to manage data access between scoped applications and global database tables.
• ServiceNow Citizen Developer training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
