Description

Lead the architecture and technical delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations within large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integrations, portals, and service-oriented architectures.
• Manage CSDM, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping configurations.
• Consult on key technical decisions by analyzing options, risks, and trade-offs.
• Automate workflows using orchestration tools and configuration management frameworks.
• Oversee technical delivery through clear communication of technical and business concepts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in technical consulting or related roles.
• 3+ years of configuration and development experience with ServiceNow integrations and portals.
• 3+ years of experience with CSDM, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration, including GPOs and SUDO policies.
• Experience with AWS, VMware, and Cloud Management Platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Perl, WMI, SSH, Python, JavaScript, or XPath.
• Experience with automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of VMware automation and AMZN API.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Discovery or Service Mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
