Description

You will design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using low-code and pro-code methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and MID Server.
• Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Studio.
• Hands-on expertise with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience implementing Kafka and MID Server integrations.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Any Graduate degree.
