Description

You will architect and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using low-code (Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (JavaScript, AngularJS) methods.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain platform components like workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and MID Server.
• Automate business processes within ServiceNow using Flow Designer and platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application design and development on ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Experience utilizing Kafka and MID Server.
• Ability to manage data access between scoped applications and global database tables.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
