Description

You will design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging both low-code and pro-code approaches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and MID Server.
• Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow Flow Designer and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS for pro-code development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer for low-code solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Expertise in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Kafka.
• Ability to manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow Citizen Developer training.
