Description

Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures, lead technical delivery, and mentor development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, defining integration approaches, data models, and security standards.
• Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
• Develop core applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs while optimizing platform performance.
• Provide technical oversight, conduct peer code reviews, and resolve complex escalations for developers.
• Liaise with client teams to ensure governance, compliance, and platform health throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with relevant certifications.
• Hands-on implementation expertise in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configurations, and data transformation.
• Experience scripting complex business logic using Script Includes and server-side JavaScript.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team of developers and QA engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
