Description

Design and lead the end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow solutions, guiding a small team of developers and QA engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical design, defining integration approaches, data models, and security standards.
• Lead, mentor, and guide developers through complex implementation scopes including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and CSM.
• Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server patterns.
• Develop core applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and ACLs while enforcing code standards.
• Act as the technical escalation point, resolving high-risk issues and ensuring platform health and governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with active certifications.
• Hands-on implementation experience in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in designing REST and SOAP integrations and managing MID Server configurations.
• Strong ability to define technical architecture, data models, and security best practices.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting peer code reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering compliant and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex custom application development and advanced business logic.
• Background in technical liaison roles with client engineering teams.
