Description

Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and solutions using low-code and pro-code approaches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and MID Server.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MID Server integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Expertise in Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio.
• Any Graduate degree.
