Description

You will design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes for a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.

Responsibilities

• Design Service Portal layouts and support custom application development and migration.
• Develop ServiceNow scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Inbound Email.
• Build and manage REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Define coding standards, lead system upgrades, and conduct health scans.
• Lead technical governance boards, solution reviews, and Virtual Agent configuration.

Required Skills

• Active CTA or CMA certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Best Practices.
• Expertise in App Engine, Performance Analytics (PA), and Integration Hub/Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in at least three of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM.
• Experience with ServiceNow Mobile app development.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions for customer requirements.
