Description

Drive ServiceNow platform strategy, design, and delivery as the senior technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping, and design workshops to produce technical specifications.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services ensuring delivery quality.
• Plan and coordinate all testing phases, including design oversight and remediation cycles.
• Develop business case materials, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept engagements.
• Provide expert-level technical mentoring and support to the implementation team.

Required Skills

• Deep, mandatory experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Over 10 years of general IT industry experience.
• Accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Experience in technical scoping and architectural design.
• Ability to respond to RFI/RFP documents and conduct transition briefings.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
