Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Asset Management. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Application Portfolio Management, and Asset Management.
• Analyze business processes and document requirements to guide platform configuration and development.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide, and APIs.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure instance performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow modules and ITIL methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar senior role.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Asset Management modules.
• Proficiency in Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, LDAP, Import Sets, Notifications, Events, and ACLs.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide, plus experience with API integrations and web services.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects from start to finish.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CSA.
• Experience with Service Portal customization.
