Description

Lead the design and mapping of business requirements to ServiceNow platform solutions to ensure successful project delivery in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Assess current state processes and tools to identify optimal ServiceNow platform solution options.
• Define solution and integration requirements, and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
• Own architecture and data stewardship for specific modules, ensuring data quality and automated governance.
• Establish global standards and policies for onboarding new tenants and creating new business flows.
• Interface with key stakeholders to manage requirements elicitation and application architecture definition.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), GRC, and ITOM.
• Expertise in ServiceNow reporting, data analytics, and managing data within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Experience with Catalog and Portal implementation.
• Proficiency in Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Ability to design high-level architecture artifacts and manage the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience managing complex data models, including contract data and identity mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
