Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow architectures and technical delivery for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Map client business requirements to technical ServiceNow platform solution options.
• Assess current state processes and tools to define solution and integration requirements.
• Develop comprehensive architecture and implementation plans for complex engagements.
• Lead the development and delivery of ITOM and CMDB solutions.
• Guide technical teams through the full implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Expert proficiency in ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Deep experience with CMDB operational management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM implementations.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Proven ability to design custom applications and complex integrations.
• Strong client-facing consulting and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
