Description

Lead the architectural strategy and technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architectural standards for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Design end-to-end solutions and oversee enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Servers.
• Manage the ServiceNow development lifecycle, including SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and governance processes.
• Lead development teams to ensure performance tuning, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in core modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, Flow Designer, ACLs, and UI policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control such as Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRSD, SecOps, or CSM modules.

Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
