Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HRSD modules, including HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, and Catalog Items.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, and UI Builder interfaces.
• Lead discovery and design sessions to provide technical solution guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Human Resources Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, Glide API integrations, and Flow Designer.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management.
• ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with CMDB configuration and data management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
