Responsibilities

• Ensure platform stability and adherence to certification standards.
• Collaborate on architecture reviews and technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow platform expertise.
• ServiceNow Implementation Certified.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow CAD Certified.
• CIS - HRSD certification.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Technical Architect certification.
