Description

You own the end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, SecOps, Employee Center, and Virtual Agent.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into scalable, OOTB-first platform designs.
• Lead ITSM transformation to improve MTTR, SLA compliance, automation, and change success.
• Drive CMDB and service modeling to enable service-aware operations.
• Design and govern AI/Now Assist and automation adoption.
• Participate hands-on in delivery, including design reviews, build guidance, testing, and go-live support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ITSM/ITOM/ITAM experience.
• 6+ years working with ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Major Incident Management.
• Proven experience with CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping.
• Experience implementing Virtual Agent and Employee Center.
• Experience with AI/automation adoption within ServiceNow.
• Ability to balance architectural strategy with execution delivery.
